You can catch fish like bass, bream, and catfish during your visit. If you don't know how to fish, don't worry! There are guides who can teach you all about it before you hit the water. Another great activity at this park is hiking! The park consists primarily of forested areas with streams running through them. If you're looking for something a little more relaxing, take advantage of the park's swimming beaches and picnic areas. You'll also find an RV campground at Santee, where you can park your camper overnight or stay for several weeks at a time. From an afternoon at the lake to a weekday hike in the woods, Orangeburg is the perfect place to embark on an outdoor adventure.
